Clarke and Clarke Woodworking began in 2022 as a way for Carter, age 14, to earn money. Carter and his grandfather, Steve, sourced local lumber and began specializing in constructing unique cutting boards and charcuterie boards. The majority of sales have occurred at craft fairs at schools in northern Anne Arundel County. In 2026 with Carter's departure to collage, Carter's 15 year old brother Tanner has stepped into the business and developed his love for woodworking.

Our logo design was updated by Carter in 2025 and reflects our love of goose hunting.

The workshop is a place of wonder, excitement, and discovery. All of our board designs are created and built there. It's a 13x13 foot room with all the tools we need to get the job done.
